We did some trendspotting in Clockenflap 2015 and found that the official boots for festival goers in the UK- Hunter, has now hit Hong Kong's only music and arts festival! Thanks to Kate Moss in Glastonbury for starting it all way back in '05 .
Check out these photos and see who the headliners in Clockenflap 2015 are, style and music wise:
DJ Miss Yellow ( Genre: Electro, Bass, Tech-House, Nu Disco, Trap, Funk )
Subyub Lee definitely setting the trend by rocking these boots onstage in front of thousands of people in the audience.
Signed to Milkshake Music, Subyub Lee has written film scores for popular local movies ‘Love In the Buff’, ‘Vulgaria’ and ‘Lacuna’ and continues to create and perform his own music to an ever growing, and adoring audience.
DJs Cyrus and Frankie Lam showing us the perfect festival look. Leader of the techno, house and break beat scene Frankie Lam; reigning prince supreme of the new generation of funky and nu skool breaks DJ Ball; & hip hop, trap and electro supremo DJ Cyrus.
Actress Wiyona Yeung
DJ Ball of Rock 'n Rolla- the best electro house, break beat & hip hop mash ups in town.
DJ Jannette Slack
Pata Chan of OWK - a visceral attack of unhinged, raw emotion, OWK are back with a new line up, new songs and are firmly placed on the local scene as hotely tipped ones to watch.
DJ Jack Byrne
Ocean Lam - deep techno sounds to warm house track, as dub techno chords, pumping basslines and delicate vocals drift together, Ocean’s music is simply but moody, favouring human feelings over machine—like clicks and pops.
Blogger Jerry C
Maria Estrada of What the Frock?
And many festival goers:
Boo-hoo! We're all feeling a little bit sad today that Clockenflap is over. Good thing we had our trusty camera on, here are some photos to relive the amazing weekend!
