Richard Nicoll's Fall/Winter 2014 collection was filled with his house signatures: the duality of feminine/masculine, the sharp tailoring, the gorgeous use of colour. The show opened with a series of looks in all-blue; some of our favourite pieces from the collection. It then moved between plum and grey before returning to a deeper blue, finishing with a series of cream and gold looks. Nicoll played with different lengths (mini, midi, long), different cuts (box pleating, drop-waists, high-waists) and different shapes (shift dresses, suiting, voluminous skirts) to create a collection that was incredibly varied, though grounded in a cohesive colour palette and sensibility. It's a collection that everyone can find something they'd like in, as it caters to so many different tastes and styles, all in that signature chic and sleek Richard Nicoll way. Another truly stunning collection from the designer at London Fashion Week.
