les artistes profile: juan-carlos aquino

Our final Les Artistes superhero is Juan-CarlosAquino, who is the Style Curator at Konzepp, as well as a fashion stylist. "What is a style curator?" you might ask. Well, basically Carlo's job is to make sure that Konzepp is offering the coolest, most unique and interesting product you can find in Hong Kong at their boutique located in Sheung Wan. Born and raised a Sydney-sider who originally studied graphic design and started out as a street artist, Carlo came to Hong Kong in 2010 to pursue his career in fashion. In his styling work, Carlo has developed an astute personal sense of style with particular strengths in a grunge-inspired and street-influenced aesthetic. Check out more of Carlo's styling work here.

Catch Carlo's full interview in our Les Artistes: The Industry Strikes Back! video here.
